Damion NorthStone is a hardworking Jamaican man who built this company from the ground up. He came from nothing, worked tirelessly for an opportunity to start his own business, and never forgot where he came from.
His roots stretch back to Sandals Resort in Jamaica, where he first cut his teeth in landscaping. That early training taught him discipline, attention to detail, and the value of leaving every space better than he found it. When he came to Toronto, he brought that same work ethic with him — and slowly built a reputation one yard at a time.
Damion is deeply grateful for the community that gave him a chance.
